STEP 1: START WITH A CONVERSATION

Call or email us. We’ll answer all of your initial questions and ask a few of our own in return.

 

STEP 2: MEET ON-SITE

We’ll meet at the home or business to be remodeled to discuss design, budget, and help guide you to make the right decisions for your home. In many cases, we will give you a quote for the remodeling aspect of the job on the spot.

 

STEP 3: MAKE A PLAN

Once we have agreed to partner together, we will agree on a start date, estimated end date, and lay out a schedule. We will also provide the best design and material resources for your particular remodel in the area and online. Once you have made your design choices, we will price-check materials (e.g. tile) to make sure that you’re getting the best deal.

 

STEP 4: REMODEL

During the actual construction, Modern Shore Bath will communicate with you regularly about the status of your job and stay on track.

 

STEP 5: COMPLETION

Upon completion, Modern Shore Bath will review and present your newly remodeled bathroom to you and make sure that you are fully satisfied.
